Launched in 2002, Vodasoft Call Centre Solutions has since become the biggest call centre provider in
Turkey. Their infrastructure was put in place by Netser.
Netser continued to utilize their wealth of knowledge in the field with the Vodasoft project – providing a system utilizing Avaya Nortel Enterprise Solutions products IP PBX CS1K and BCM450 infrastructure over the Contact Centre Manager, Callpilot, CCT (CTI interface) and sound recording applications. Uninterrupted 24/7 call centre services are offered utilizing the secure voice infrastructure. CS1K ve BCM450 allows for load balancing and is able to deal with an ever-increasing capacity requirement.
Vodasoft CCS has decided not to compromise the quality of the system and to continue working with Netser for their infrastructure needs.
