In the project undertaken by Netser, Umraniye
Municipality hopes to coordinate all communication between the residents of Umraniye and the Municipality through the Umariniye Municipality Solution Centre. To enable this, a call centre with 20 operators and field offices have been put in place. Residents
are now able to deal with all their municipality issues directly and more efficiently either by calling the Solution Centre directly on their own 444 number, using one of the Taff phones placed in the district or by visiting the field offices and meeting with
staff face to face. Another important aspect of the project is “video chat with the mayor” which allows residents to be able to reach their mayor directly. Netser chose the world leader in integrated communications solutions Avaya's products and solutions
for this project.
