Şişecam

For the Şişecam project Netser not only upgraded the system to a capacity of 1200 users but also made it fully IP compatible by using the Avaya Communication Server 1000M. The headquarters made the move to IP telephony through Softphone applications while remote offices used their data lines to the headquarters with an Avaya SRG (Survivable Remote Gateway), thus allowing remote offices to share the features of the Avaya CS1000M at the headquarters without being affected by outages in the data lines.Thus remote offices are not effected by outages in the data lines. In addition to this, by using the Avaya Mobile Extension application, desktop phones and cell phones are synchronized so that a user can be reached from their mobile even when the desktop phone is called.
