When installments are complete the investor can either chose to purchase outright or continue with a lease structure in which case Netser will update the equipment. When leasing equipment Netser undertakes the maintenance and insurance of all products.

In 2008 the bank changed its name to Aktif Bank and moved in to a new office block in Zincirlikuyu. Having made the decision to work with Netser in installing a new generation IP phone system in their new building, they installed the same system in all their branches. Aktif Bank Duzce Branch recently went in to service using Avaya IP telephones shortly after Aktif Bank's Adapazari Branch was opened.

Having been launched in 2002, Erikli Customer Servicers continues to operate with 55 operators and a 10-man management team and handles 2 million calls a year. The call centre is operational 6 days a week 08.00-20.00 and 10.00-18.00 on Sundays. Calls outside of working hours are handled by an automated response system.

fortis-logoThe “Fortis IP Conversion Project” in 2007 was successfully completed using the AVAYA NEC CS1000 communication system with a Foum backup, many IP telephone choicse, over 2000 IP telephone sets and a 1000 user unified messaging system (UC CallPilot, Voice, Fax and Desktop). In the second phase of the project a SIP based multimedia system was implemented. This enabled video and voice conference, web collaboration, SIP based soft phones and features like status information to be available to users.

Along with gaining the benefits of a strong communication infrastructure on a single platform, Fortisbank also gained with an increase of staff efficiency and cost saving with voice and video conference systems. They were also able to reach quick, easy and effective solutions through Netser's technical support. 

After the completion of the project, the benefits of IP communication were brought to the branches. The first phase included the conversion of 50 branches to the IP platform. By utilizing IP telephony the branch personnel were able to enjoy the benefits of IP communication along with the ability to communicate with other branches over VOIP and bring communications costs down to a minimum.

Due to the 2009 global financial crisis, 73 more branch conversions were undertaken in able to keep down communications costs while improving the communication infrastructure. A switchboard, servicing and maintenance contract was agreed on a lease basis. In the lease, the conversion was completed with a single payment that also gave a contract of service, maintenance, management, defective product replacement and insurance.At the end of the lease Fortisbank has the option of either purchasing or continuing with the lease.

Due to this project Fortisbank was not only able to renew their communication system but also make great savings on the cost of communication during this time of glocal crisis.

Thanks to 15 Taff telephone units connecting 3 field offices and a central call centre, Umraniye was able to bring the municipality directly to the public. This gave the municipality the potential to offer all their services more efficiently. In addition to this “video chat with the mayor” allowed for residents to be able to reach their mayor directly.

 

2010-fiba-dunya-basketbolAll the sound, data, wired and wireless networking and security technology (sound, data, cabling, firewall and WLAN) infrastructure installation for Atakoy Sinan Erdem Sports Complex was undertaken by Netser. The sports complex will be hosting the 2010 World Basketball Championship. Everyone from members of the press to VIP guests and 16,000 spectators will be able to watch the basketball match with different levels of security, allowing them to connect to the outside world and also follow all the events in the arena as they happen.
