fortis-logoAt Fortis' Turkish headquarters, the world leader in integrated messaging systems Avaya Communication Server 1000M-MG systems are in use. At Fortis' 135 remote offices all over Turkey, Avaya's SRG 50 IP Communication system is in place, allowing for 100% integration between the headquarters and branches over the IP telephony system.

In this project, an IP based Communication Solution and Application was prepared for Fortis' more than 2400 employees at both the headquarters and branches. The multimedia communication solution by Avaya – Avaya Multimedia Communication Server (MCS 5100) was also integrated in to the platform allowing Fortis users the ability to do multimedia conferencing, instant messaging and view presence settings. The platform is both location and time independent and works on a flexible mobile platform keeping the costs down while increasing efficiency. AVAYA's integrated messaging system Avaya CallPilot is also in use, allowing users to view both fax and voice messages over their regular e-mail interface. A detailed call logging system developed by Netser – Crystalinfo, allows all reports from the switchboard to be logged and statistical information allows for succesful management of the system.

All these communications systems and applications are being provided by a company that provides technical support and maintenance services on an uninterrupted 24/7 basis – Netser.
