Çalık Holding

Netser utilized an Avaya Communication Server model 1000E for the Çalık Holding project which supports 300 IP telephone users. By integrating a Multimedia Communication Server (MCS 5100) in to the system, SIP based multimedia features such as multimedia conferencing, instand messaging, presence etc have become available. These applications are time and location independent and as such have been able to increase efficiency while decreasing costs. Avaya's integrated messaging system, Avaya CallPilot was also used in the project to name users to be able to view fax and voice messages through their current e-mail interface.
