Aktif Bank was united with a 350 user IP telephone system utilizing
the Avaya Communication Server 1000E model which connected their headquarters with 4 locations. Avaya's integrated messaging unit Avaya CallPilot also allows users to access both voice messages and faxes through their e-mail interface.Aktif Bank has also preferred
the Avaya BCM50 communication platform for its 5 new branches. The Avaya BCM50 system uses both IP telephony applications and integrated automated response. Using the advanced integrated messaging system with Microsoft Outlook users are able to send voice
and fax messages while also being able to communicate with the headquarters over SIP.
